Holyrood // Arles

$180.00

An antique textile at the Palace of Holyrood in Edinburgh planted the seed for Holyrood, a hand-sketched geometric design. The Palace of Holyrood, which began as an abbey in 1128 and was later converted to a palace, has been the residence of British kings and queens in Scotland for centuries. The name Holyrood is derived from the old English meaning holy cross.
